By purchasing a ticket, attending an FMC event, or participating in any way, you agree to the following:
a. Ticket Sales & Refunds
• All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated.
• FMC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.
• If an event is canceled, FMC will determine refund eligibility.
• If an event is rescheduled, previously purchased tickets will remain valid unless otherwise noted.
b. Event Conduct
• Attendees must follow venue policies and respect performers, staff, and fellow guests.
• FMC reserves the right to deny entry or remove any attendee engaging in disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful behavior without a refund.
c. Right to Record & Use Content
By attending an FMC event, you consent to:
• Audio, video, and photographic recording of the event by FMC or authorized personnel.
• The use of your likeness, voice, and image in any FMC promotional materials, documentaries, live streams, or social media content without compensation.
• FMC’s exclusive rights to use, edit, distribute, and monetize event footage, including performances, audience reactions, and behind-the-scenes content.
If you do not wish to be recorded, please do not attend the event.
6. Merchandise & Purchases
All merchandise sales are final unless the item is defective upon arrival. FMC is not responsible for shipping delays or damage caused by third-party carriers.
